Outstanding contractor. Hired this company to install new windows and siding on our home. Starting with estimator Garrett, Salinas was able to meet all of our priorities in a timely and professional fashion. They were available to address any concerns. Final walk-downs after completion buttoned up things 100%. The work crew was hard working, efficient, polite and friendly. They cleaned up the job site every day. Prompt and friendly response and service

I had a very small job I tried to hire a professional to do. Even though it was a small job, I wanted it done right. I had a rainwater diverter on my gutter right in front of my front door. It was supposed to block the rainwater that came rushing down where my roof formed a "V". However, the rainwater would rush down and around the diverter. I just wanted someone with roofing and gutter experience to install a longer diverter so that I wouldn't have a waterfall on my front porch anymore when it rained hard. I had two other roof/gutter pros out who only wanted to replace the whole front gutter and guards. They passed on doing the job I wanted. Salinas LISTENED to me. They agreed to do the work. After we agreed on the price, they put me on the schedule. The crew arrived and the job was done to my satisfaction. I told them not to worry about the dirt left, that I would clean it up after it dried. They would not hear of it. They said they would clean it. And they did! They were really sweet. They even cleaned my front walk and my whole driveway!

We had a time sensitive repair needed to sell our house. They not only came out quickly to assess the repair but scheduled the repair within a week if the assessment. I will definitely be customer for any future repairs needed.

We are very happy with the work done on our home. We had a rather complicated issue with our roof that needed fixing and they came out three times to thoroughly and accurately assess the problem to give us a long term solution, rather than putting a bandaid on the problem. Communication was great and they were quick to respond if we had any questions. They were on time and competed the job quickly. We had a 20' piece of soffit facia trim rip off our house after 60+ MPH winds. It was difficult finding a company that had good reviews and didn't want to replace our entire 6-year roof. After plenty of research, I found Salinas and scheduled a consultation for the next day online. Clayton arrived ahead of schedule which is not common these days. I received a favorable quote the following day which we gladly accepted. The next morning, Clayton reached out and said he could have someone on the schedule that morning which was a pleasant surprise. Chris showed up ahead of schedule and completed everything withing an hour. The work was done professionally and looks fantastic. Chris cleaned up all the debris and materials and was on his way. The overall experience was pleasantly refreshing after having searched for contractors for months. Salinas replaced my large roof in 2021 all in 1 day. After hail damage in 2023, I got estimates for another new roof, siding, gutter guard and aluminum wrap. They were very easy to work with and work was all done very well. I was happy inn 2021 and very satisfied again in 2024!! Jeff Johnson

Had the roof on my house and garage done, along with the siding on both structures, and then gutters. Salinas had good open communication with me through the whole process. Questions were answered quickly and they were on top of everything unforseen. Tear off of the roof on both structures, fixing of plywood on the roof, and then to re-shingle the both roofs took less than 14hours. Plus with that speed , it was done in a professional manner, with alot of pride taken in their work. The Siding looked amazing when it was done. Alot of professionalism and pride there as well. Being an old house there was a small issue with how a door opened, but it was addressed and fixed quickly. These are qualities of a company that actually care about their customers. The gutters were done fast and really tied the look of the house in. All-in-all I would hire Salinas again in a heartbeat. Good to see a company doing a job right and trying to make their customers happy.

Had Salinas come out to fix the soffitt and fascia on my house and then decided to add new gutters too. I had 2 separate crews come out to do the work. Both crews came out on time and got to work right away. They worked all day and cleaned up and hauled away all of the old material. The work done was really impressive and I'm a very happy customer. We had our roof replaced. They did a great job. They did a great job on clean up. We also had siding replaced which they did was fantastic plus a new window insralled. They care about the finished job! They will do what is needed to make sure you are happy!
